The facility is physician owned, operated, and licensed according the local/state/federal requirements. The practice also participates in aiding local law enforcement concerning Narcotic divergence when ever possible. The facility does not accept walk-in patient’s, nor self-referred patients. All patients must be referred by their current treating physician.
